Use Case Library is a product of Studio i2x Consulting — a transformation-focused advisory serving clients in the Middle East, Africa and Türkiye. We help industrial organisations decide where technology actually pays back, and then make it happen on the ground.

The backbone of the Use Case Library is the time spent in real sectors — manufacturing, operations, the plant floor and the control room. Every use case in this library is a reflection of what has been accumulated in our knowledge base: problems we have seen, solutions we have delivered, and outcomes we have measured.

The result is 266 applied use cases across artificial intelligence, digital and sustainability — each one described the way it is actually encountered in industry: the problem solved, the outcome reported, the technology required, and how long it takes to return on a project. No vendor theatre, no slideware — just what works, in sectors we have worked in ourselves.

We built the library for the people we advise: operations leaders, plant managers and transformation teams who need a serious, sector-grounded starting point before they commit budget to a programme.
